NO RESPONSE ON OUTSTANDING PAYOUT FROM AIR BNB

I am a host of a Holiday Home in Western Cape . Their website is extremely unfriendly and their is no way to contact them. No functional Phone number , No response on several emails and messages. I have a guest for 5 days already without any payment! from them.as Air Bnb
