No refund after cancelation

I paid for a holiday in Maputo, used Airbnb. The accomodation I booked was for Dec 2024. Because of the protests in Maputo I cancelled, I cancelled on the 11 of Dec. Till to day 25 Jan 2025, I have not received my refund. I get these emails that the money has been paid but nothing comes into my account.
