NO PAYOUT ?

Completely disappointed with the customer service from airbnb.

We are hosts, and have now been waiting from 29-02-2020 for a payment to be cleared, the guest checked out on the 4th of march, we have phoned 4 or 5 times, with the same answer ( we will get back to you ) it is now the 8th of April, we are still waiting. i highly doubt we will be listing on airbnb after the dust settles.

Utterly unhappy with the lack of knowledge your customer service representatives have.
