No payment

I post a profile for a guesthouse in December 2017 on Airbnb and got my first guests through Airbnb for 27 December till 3 January 2017. Everything went well the guests gave us a 5* rating. And since then i didnt recieved any payment and send hundreds of messages email threads to both Airbnb and Payoneer that was supposed to do the payment. They steel my joy and time and you cannot get by any change any answers out of them. There is a new booking through Airbnb but i dont want to do business with them anymore. The website is also not user friendly. If i can get my money out of them i want to cancel my profile on them. Be careful they say if something is to good to be true .....it is. Sorry Airbnb i will never use you in my life ant tell everybody to stay away.
