NO customer service - Payouts never correct always less than the amount

Impossible to get customer support. Always paying out less than the actual booking and you can't get ANY assistance whatsoever. It's like steeling money. There is no feature to take yourself off as a host from a property. So a cancellation fee was deducted from my money that was supposed to be paid out for a property I am not even involved in for the last 2 years. Airbnb got to big and there is no personal touch or customer service whatsoever. Smart pricing is switched off on my side still guests gets rates from Airbnb way below what they are supposed to pay. Airbnb can't answer why. PATHETIC. No way to contact them all is Robots with automated replies
