No customer service

Airbnb is one company that doesn't have customer support. The host is allowed to de***** you and get away with it. I got injured in one of the guesthouses and was never compensated for my injuries. The host then double debited me when she swiped my card and then refused to pay that money back when I requested it. I reached out to them and till today I've never been assisted.
