Never using AirBnb again!!!!

I stayed in a gorgeous home that had many problems (such as a dead mouse in the living room) so after my stay I sent my review back to the host and my sister sent a review of the accommodation as well and we got NO RESPONSE! I'm so disappointed because my whole family has used AirBnb in the past and didn't have many issues. AirBnb has obviously become so big that customer care isn't a priority for them anymore.
