NEVER USE AIRBNB

I made a booking through Airbnb. The host let me know that Airbnb cancelled the booking. Now Airbnb says I have to cancel the booking with the owner, the owner says I have to cancel the booking with Airbnb. Airbnb's site just takes me to the part where I message the owner. I'm now stuck between these 2 parties and not getting my refund.
