Never forget items as they then go missing

On the 1st of October 2021, my friends and I checked into this clean and beautiful apartment under Shashi Naidoo Masingita towers, 9th floor, Apartment 905 . Our stay had no problems at all and it had exceeded all our expectations. On the day of departure which was the 3rd, I forgot my sweater on the bed in one of the 2 bedrooms, I had placed it on my shoulders initially, but because I was carrying heavy luggage to the car, I decided to place it on the bed with the hopes of placing it again on my shoulders once the mammoth task was completed, only to forget it on the bed. My issue is that now, nobody saw anything, not the cleaners, nobody at all. We were requested to leave the keys at the restaurant, but NOBODY claims to have seen it, Ms. Naidoo blue ticked my WhatsApp message that I sent her
