my refund

a lot of people are not happy with the services they have been recieving from air bnb.

i booked a place in cape town but never got a chance to stay we canceled and the air bnb told us that the refund was initiated up to now nothing is clearing in our account and they went to further suspend my account.

now i cant see anything that is happening with my refund i can not see anything as air bnb suspended my account. i now have lost my phone with the registered email adress and phone number linked to that account, the number linked with that account is *** and the email address is ***
