MOST FRUSTRATING ACCOMMODATION PLATFORM

This is by far the most frustrating and time consuming accommodation platform ever. They are "un-user" friendly for the host as well as the guests, with poor support. We've tried to get in touch with Air BnB to assist with urgent matters via e-mail, telephone calls, social media platforms and the help center for the last 5 months, and without any positive response none of our queries were solved. Please do consider using all the other accommodation platforms. Very polite assistance but at the end they don't solve any of the problems or queries.
