****med by a host on airbnb

I booked a unit through airbnb for the weekend in CT. I was put in a completely different accommodation 6km's from my booking. I wasn't greeted by anyone so I had no one to query the mistake with. I messaged my host and airbnb and couldn't get feedback. I tried throughout the weekend and all my host (wcar) could tell me was they were blocked on airbnb and couldn't help. I can still not get feedback from airbnb. I thought it was a secure booking app.
