location on App nowhere near the actual property, Airbnb condones lies and deception

Location on Airbnb app showed the property in town and close to all the restaurants etc. The actual property was a 10 minute drive away and nowhere near anything else, The Airbnb agent said I would get refunded and apologised for the inconvenience, I could not reach the host, We found other accommodation for the night, but then after 2 weeks of back and forth, the so called ambassadors of Airbnb said the location was close enough, dont know how they reach that conclusion, simply want to get the problem sorted out with boiler plate answers To date I have not been refunded my booking even though I was not hosted. The host says he would refund me when he is paid, but just another lie

Dont trust he location given on Airbnb, they allow and condone lies from the Hosts
