Lack of service

Your a great company but when it comes to solving problems you really lack in this service. I have been querying for months on end about the payouts not once have you released our payouts for our account since Feb 2019 R22 000 outstanding, We hae been to the bank multiple times and still nothing. Please send us proof as you say you have released funds but our bank does not see anything being released.
