Kings of Overcomplicating

When I think of any interaction I have had with Airbnb, the first thing that comes to mind is the quote: 'abandon all hope, ye who enter here!'

A nightmare of a company, and the kings of over complicating, where the red tape never ends and talking to any agent feels like chewing glass.

I wish that on the day I created an Airbnb profile, a warning screen had popped up and told me to run and never look back.
