Kauta's Place review

Good day, I booked accommodation to check in 23/03/2019 and check out 24/03/2019. When I got to Kauta's place, there was no answer. Meshack (the contact person) later called me, and apologized as the venue is still under renovation. Airbnb deducted the total money from my account, ad when I requested Meshack to refund me via the App, he said he would communicate with Airbnb to refund me as the money is not in his account yet. I am still waiting for my refund. Highly disappointed on the service I got.
