Just don't do it!

From GREAT to terrible in just a few years! I you're thinking about hosting - DON'T DO IT! I have hosted with air bnb for 5 years or so. Contacting them directly has become harder and harder - and is now impossible. I no longer feel safe hosting guests. The reviews are not honest or accurate. There are so many loop holes that accessing deposit or support after my place as trashed by a guest proved impossible. Even deactivating the listing cost me money. Instead of "all bookings being canceled automatically" as claimed, I has to pay $50 to cancel booking before the account would deactivate.
