It's The **************** For Me...

Absolutely livid!!! I booked and paid for a guesthouse in Johannesburg that was actually supposed to be unlisted from their site and they STILL took R2208,94 from my account. And for the refund to only reflect in the next 15 working days is making the situation more frustrating. The money left my account in 3 seconds but it takes over half a month to give me my refund?

A piece of advice for AirBnb: BEFORE taking money from a customer, please make sure that the accommodation actually EXISTS. This is the same as being charged for an item that you haven't received because it's out of stock.

Plus the booking process is such a pain!!! Never use this site, unless you would like to waste your time and burn a hole in your pocket for no reason.
