Hi guys. I do have complains about Airbnb.com. So this is the story,

Some lady by the name of kgolofelo made a booking in person at the 606 Guesthouse somewhere near Bushbuckridge for this weekend and she never told them her surname. But somehow i am the one who ended up receiving updates and notifications about this reservations. I called the guesthouse to figure out what's going on and it seems like when the lady booked q room there, they automatically linked it to my account. And now i got debited R500 and some change for this room which i know nothing about.

I've sent their complains decision emails back and forth this week ans they still not doing anything about it. Please can you assist in this matter. Thanks
