i want my refund asap and dont ever book with air bnb they are *****s

good day i believe that air bnb is a ***** company *****ing our money. i have made a reservation with the reservation number HMDDYTCZMK i paid 14500 which is a lot of money. i never checked in because the property never existed. i called air bnb and had it cancelled. the check in date was 24/07/2023 until today i have not received my refund and air bnb have removed my account because of no reason. its very pathetic and i will never recommend anyone to use the air bnb platform can you guys please refund me my money thats all i need because this is bull****
