I want my money back

I had booked a place to sleep via airbnb on the 15th to the 16th of December the host was khodani and my payment went thru so I called the host to find out how wll I get my key he was not answering my calls I whatsapp him he doesn't respond when I go back ck to the app to try and reverse the money so tht I can book elsewhre it doesn't not allowe me that option eventually the host responded on WhatsApp nd his telling me his no longer the host and gives me a number to call bt that person also dd not respond untill 3 days later saying no his also not the host until I just realized they had ****med me nd airbnb is not being helpful at all I wrote a review on the app bt no response from the only the ****mer saying he will pay me back once they refund him the money till today m waiting have not heard back from the host nor airbnb.
