I NEED HELP SORTING MY ACCOUNT OUT NOW! IM TIRED OD WAITING AND RECEIVING POOR SUPPORT!

I have never ever received such bad online support from an application! The support team just keep "escalating" my tickets or closing my tickets however almost a month later still my issues have not been solved, i even once had to sleep in my car because of the terrible support service! I cant even say bad support???? cause there is literally NONE!
