Host cancelled our booking less than 18 hours before check in time

Very disappointed that our weekend away holiday was cancelled the night before our check in due a double booking! The owner was not willing to assist us with an immediate refund, so that we can change our plans, gave us a call centre number to contact, with no further help!!

What are we supposed to do with a cancelled booking? It's really upsetting that we were not assisted with getting an IMMEDIATE refund and told to wait 5- 15 working days!! This is unacceptable and what a pathetic host.
