Horrifying processes, not user friendly process

I booked the Duck Loft for a tour operator a day before he arrived. The process was unbelievable. As a booking agent I could not get the booking verified without the tour operator who had to open the account for himself and also send his passport and take a selfie in order to confirm the booking, Airbnb's booking system is a nightmare to use, not user friendly at all. They have agents all over the world that cannot assist efficiently and tell you the same things their website tells you to do. My client arrived at Duck Loft and was horrified at the pool without the ease of a confirmed booking as he could verify his information due to the fact he was travelling. I will never use Airbnb again.
