Horrifying experience at ESCAPE 2 PANORAMA DRIVE, ZINKWAZI

Over the weekend I stayed at ESCAPE TO PANAROMA DRIVE, ZINKWAZI BEACH (11 Panaroma Drive) . We stayed there several times before and really enjoyed our stay, Anke the host was a delight. She was always happy about how we left the house after our stay. Unfortunately on this occasion we were greeted by Liza(host/caretaker /landlord) who was not welcoming at all, she used vulgar languages and said that we cannot have more than 20 guests. On Saturday morning Liza instructed us to pick up the dirt (a few tissues that flew off the balcony) and empty the big green bin and we obliged. She questioned us about the number of guests and we told her exactly how many ppl where there explaining we had day guests over after our conversation with her. She said okay but we should pay an extra fee and we agreed. We asked her if we could play music she said "yes no problem just turn it down after 10pm". After doing all that she still did not leave us in peace, she complained about music playing off the boom box at 1pm during the day and then proceeded to turn off the power. She offered us a generator at R75 per hour which we politely declined. Liza said "I DO NOT TRUST YOU PEOPLE" and while we were preparing supper she asked us to leave the premises immediately, we explained to her that we had no drivers but she did not care. Liza put 11 peoples lives in danger including children. We had to throw away thousands of rands of food as we did not go prepared to take away half food. While we were packing she called the Cpf and huge, armed guards. The guards came and stood inside the house. One of of kids were injured as we were so scared and rushing out. There is no valid reason for her behaviour, we are still traumatized by what happened. Although she was so rude to us from the time of arrival, we never disrespected her or the property in anyway . Maybe Liza was having a bad weekend or was just angry with us arriving 15 minutes early at the property or was it ******. We need an explanation as to why we were treated in this inhumane manner.
