horrific unprofessionalism from propr and airbnb

Very poor services, cancelled an accommodation that i was reserved and paid for and only to get unprofessional ****s from head office with no reasonable excuse and worse my payment can only be refunded in 15days after. i stood at the apartment door with agent ready to inspect and handover the key and suddenly reception call her and **** that someone is in the accommodation meanwhile i saw empty flat. The Propr agency which handles check-in and handover has very poor services both in cape town and Johannesburg and this is my second worse experience with them, never use propr agency for any booking.
