Horrible service

I requested to book accomodation , the host then informed be that i cannot use some of their ammenities. I was not given a chance to respond to her message to either decline or have further questions . They just debited my money further more cancelation of the accomation means that i am losing 50% of the ammount which is not fair because the host did not give me a chance to confirm
