Horrible experience

What a horrible experience with Airbnb I made a booking the host didn't even bother to send details on how to check in no contact given for a such a hidden place I had to just run around looking for it when I get there no security tried sending hosts messages on the Airbnb app since no contacts given no reply the place is very dark no security to ask only after an hour's she rep**** I had already moved away the place was not safe at all to.just wait there I requested a cancel only to be told I won't get refund when it was their fault am so disappointed and will never use this nonsense again!
