Great staff, poor policy management

AirBnB deducted money in error from my account. When refunding it, they did not take the exchange rate into account leaving me ZAR414.92 short for their mistake.

The staff were very helpful in getting the bulk of the money back, which is why this is not a 1 star review.

It is unacceptable to take money from someone and then not refund the correct amount.
