********** transaction by Airbnb

I had a bad experience with Airbnb. I booked accommodation on the 2nd of August 2019, later cancelled and got my money back. Book another accommodation on the 4th of August. To my surprise, on the 18th of December, Airbnb created a lot of transaction on my bank account, others were being reversed. At the end i was owing the bank more than my approved credit limit. This came as a surprise to me because i was not owing them. I made the payment on the 4th of August for my booking. I also noticed they created a ********** amount of R9058,23 on the same day of the 18th of December. I am currently owing the bank this amount, which was created by Airbnb I tried to locate email address to complain to them, unfortunately there is no publication of this anywhere in their website, which is pathetic. I am frustrated and i want my money to be refunded. I need help
