They are ********** deducted my money twice and the host does not want to pay me back my full refund from Coral point (name Arnold) from Durban . They claim double booked and I did not do that even if I did why can’t u give me my full refund cos no one will be staying in that apartment anyway . I have lost all my money for this trip I am so angry and disappointed
