False advertising - money lost!!!!

We are from Cape Town and booked at an airbnb on your site in Port Elizabeth - Prestige self catering accommodation Greenacres. The hostess was Mandy. We paid the R3600+ when we booked based on the information provided on the site.

Upon arrival we quickly realised that this adverti*****t was not the full truthfull picture. The photos are mostly of the main house. The view on the add was taken from the main house - with a very nice view - which was not the case. The view was infact totally different picture - our entire holiday was spoiled. It is not infant/small kids friendly as confirmed by the hostess. Our 2 year old could not go outside due to steps (3 high huge steps), he would break his neck falling off there. Also the swimming pool was open so he could have easily just fallen in. There was no curtains on the main window - they could see us from their own house into the cottage - absolutely NO PRIVACY. A curtain was provided upon request but it was see through. We arrived at 10:30 on the 21st of December and was booked to stay until the 26th. We left at 16:00 on the 21st - we did not even sleep 1 night but we lost all our money. We booked in another place for the night and left for home (Cape Town) again the 22nd. - this was a total waist of a holiday and I feel that my money was ****** with false advertising. We travelled with 2 kids (9 and 2 years of age) and its about 750km to travel one way. We wasted fuel for 1500km (return) as we didn't have any place to stay and could't pay for a new place. We tried contacting airbnb but the site did not allow me to. I tried writing a review on airbnb's site but also couldn't get through to anyone. I will never book via airbnb again - you allow people to falsely advertise accommodation and then they get away with it - you are welcome to contact me for photos. She updated the photos on the airbnb site after we informed her what the problem was. Worst worst worst holiday ever - what a waste of money!!
