False advertising from host - Kestrel 201 Cape Town

False advertising from Hosts, I made a booking on a R700 per night rate - the host tried to put me off , by saying there was no sweeping sea views. On the advert it states there is sea view from the veranda. Upon my stating that the veranda view would surfice - The host almost doubles the price per night - saying that its a peak rate suddenly of R1200 per night .
