False advertising (Airbnb)

Been using airbnb for months now. It is truly sad how we as clients are forced to pay a fee to airbnb every time we book a place yet when we need them to sort out anything at all they do nothing at all. This is disgraceful. We are all in this together is nothing but a well rehe****d lie being utilized to manipulate.

Erica just told me flat out a host is allowed to alter said price after you have already shown interest. How does this make any sense and in what world is this legal. That's like saying if I went into a shop and said I'd like to purchase goods they can then on the spot decide to increase the price making the consumer protection act null and void.
