False Advertising

I decided to use Airbnb for the first time. I needed a place in Dulltroom and searched appropriately. As per my experience with any travel agent they give you exactly what you want. Unfortunately when I booked little did I know you need to check on the map as this booking was 90km's away from Dullstroom which is not what I wanted. Only when we arrived did I realise this. The host was not willing to refund and I had to book more accommodation in Dullstroom itself. Yes my amateurism as a first time user is a mistake but surely this is false advertising?? Try and get hold of Airbnb to resolve this issue - IMPOSSIBLE! I think Zuma would take a call sooner than you can find resolution with Airbnb.
