Extremely Unreliable – Payment Still Outstanding Since October 2025

As the owner of two lodges, I am deeply disappointed with Airbnb’s handling of payments. We have been waiting since October 2025 for settlement on a reservation (***, Booking ID: 6163, 22–24 October 2025). Despite repeated follow-ups, the payment remains outstanding. Airbnb continues to provide different excuses each time, but no resolution. This is unacceptable for any business relationship. As a property owner, I urge others to think twice before partnering with this company. There is clearly something wrong when payments are delayed for months without accountability. Warning to fellow hosts: Do not risk your business with Airbnb.
