Don't Trust all accommodation on Airbnb

I booked via Airbnb for 2 nights accommodation. Availability was confirmed and then I paid in full. When I arrived at the address there was no one home. After numerous phone calls, messages and whatsapps (about an hour after check in) the host sent me a message to say that his place is no longer with Airbnb. When I tried to call him immediately after that, the phone was off and I have never been able to make contact with the host since then. Needless to say - I was stuck without accommodation - more phone calls and messages from the side of the road. So airbnb have refunded my money (after many phone calls and emails). The thing that I am fighting with them now, that place is still listed on Airbnb. A month later and it is still on. Airbnb said that it is not that easy to just remove someone. I have a text message from the host stating that he is no longer with Airbnb. Airbnb is still saying that it cannot remove this place. What the heck - do they want more people to be stuck on the side of the road without accommodation. No more airbnb for me.
