Do not book through this platform they do not care About the guests

Baddest experience ever they let you book a place and take your money after that on checkin when the host decideds they don’t want to host you they put you out and keep your money , this happened to me and my family came all the way from far the host and the cohost was so rude they put us out in the street and not even giving back our money imagine Christmas on the streets. Call Airbnb agent dropped the line on me and told me they’ll get back to me within 48 hours which left me out of pocket And no where to stay
