Dishonest business practices

Since November 2024 I am waiting for payment for money owed to us. after daily request by them for additional info which we supp**** and still do they still have the payments on hold. They are totally dishonest to keep moneys of host and refuse to pay out. In normal circumstances one would open a case of theft at the police.
