Disgusting Service from AirBnB

I am a host and have had 3 bookings since 19 December. I have not been paid out 1 cent. Every time I contact them, they tell me to re-enter my bank details. I then get an email telling me the bank details are verified and the money has been sent and will be in my account in 5 days. After 5 days nothing happens. I call again and get an incredibly frustrating call center and the process starts again. I cannot speak to anyone in management and don't know what to do!!!
