Disgusting accomodation via Airbnb

We booked for a family vacation via Airbnb for December at Salt Rock KZN at 8 Hewett Road.

To our disappointment we got there and it was a stuffy, old house. The bedding and towels were all stained the bathrooms were old and stinky with insects on there. It is advertised as a 10 sleeper......but if there are 4 people in the lounge/dining room it is full.

We could not get a hold of anyone when we go there so we had no choice but to try and find other accommodation on our own.
