Disgusted by airbnb

I booked accomodation with airbnb on the 26th of November in Durban in Simbithi Eco estate with Tania for the 15/01/2020, she confirmed the booking and requested ID copies of the 5 adults , after sending the copies we never heard from her , until i sent her a whatsapp to discuss a few things she then tells me that shez going to cancel the accomodation because her apartment accomodates 6ppl only n we are 7 , the 7th person is a 1 year old . 12days before my holiday im stranded with no accomodation, i have to wait for my refund from Airbnb before i can book . This is really unacceptable had i not made contact with her wen was she going to inform me of thecancellation . Now as Im browsing for accommodation with the same number of guest 5 adults n 2 kids her place is suggested . Tania cancelled my accommodation wen she realised Im not the Daphney Smit she expected.
