Disappointed WITH Airbnb South Africa

The concept of their service is brilliant. Allowing customers to be able to create beautiful moments on one plate is amazing. Not only did I book on Airbnb and have a wonderful in Durban on the 17th Sept 2021 to 20th Sept 2021 but 1 major problem. After booking for accommodation on the app, I was then guided to add activities during my stay and I came across a company called Goodvibesonly_za on the Airbnb portal. This guy by the name of Sibusiso Ngema lured me off the platform in the disguise of sharing more options on watsapp. Long story short, this service provider from Airbnb ****med me R8000. Now unfortunately I only got to know about the T&C's after the math but all I requested from Airbnb is to remove this ******* of Goodvibesonly_za from their Airbnb portal but they refuse to entertain me with an answer. I did not ask for a refund from them because their T&C's are clear but I requested them to remove this service provider because I am sure there will be other victims and I found out that they were other's before me. I'm upset with Airbnb for condoning such behavior on their portal. I just felt beyond the T&C's we as Airbnb customers should be more protected. I don't feel they did anything to assist me
