Disappointed by Airbnb

I booked for a 1 night stay at Ascot bush lodge through Airbnb for Suterday 30th April to 1st May 2022 and paid R1774 for 3 guests ,when I arrived at Ascot bush lodge in Pietermaritzburg ,the owner and RUDE manager at the lodge told us that we were ****med by Airbnb because they are not listed with Airbnb and they are fully booked for the night they cannot help us in any ,I eventually had to pay again for another room that could only accommodate 2 guests ,unfortunately 1 guest had to sleep on the floor,Ascot bush lodge said they didn't have extra linen for the 3rd guest.We have been trying to get assistance from Airbnb to resolve the issue until now we have not received any positive feedback from Airbnb. I trusted Airbnb because we have booked accommodation through them and we had no problems but this time the host told us we were ****med by Airbnb and that was it.
