Delaying payouts from Airbnb

We have been struggling to get our payouts, they keep asking for one bit of information at a time. When we provide that, they ask for another piece of info. This has been going on for weeks. And they are holding our money for almost two month. I was surprised to find other reviews on Hello Peter for the same issue. I don't think Airbnb understands how this will affect their business.
