Credits

I have R500 worth of credits. I have fulfilled now twice the criteria to be able to use my credits to get discount for accommodation but it's now the second time i could not use it! It is supposed to deduct spontaneously.... My credits expire in December! What is the point of rewarding people with credits when they invite their friends to use AIRBNB but you cannot use it! So dissatisfied!
