Credit Expiration = LOCKDOWN

So Air BnB promises you credit for reviews and for referrals to others; This is normally a fair and good processes and you receive R300 +- if others use your referral to book for the first time. HOWEVER dont try to argue the expiration of these credits DURING Covid 19. They REFUSE to refund me my R600.00 credit that has expired in MARCH - JULY arguing that their COVID POLICY does not 'cover' expiration of referral credits. THE MATHS is simple : Expiration dates March - July = COVID LOCKDOWN = NO BOOKINGS can be made utilising credits BEFORE THEY EXPIRE. Therefore the credits should be extended with at least 3 months from the date that Accomodation AND travel for social events is allowed. I want my credits back, needless to say I wont be referring them again. Thank you
