Chregan - Airbnb - Cape Town

Very disappointed with the BnB in Sea Point where I left my rain jacket hanging behind the bedroom door on departure on 23rd September 2019. Its been impossible to get hold of Chregan who assisted with the booking for us at: 302 Stoneleigh, Queens Rd, Sea Point, Cape Town. I would like to know if my jacket was found by the housekeeper?
