Cannot process payment

I have added my banking details as payment method 3 times. Each time it verifies my bank account and 2 days before payment is set to clear in my account I get the notice that 'cannot process payment method'. I have been waiting for nearly a month to get paid as a host. I have spoken to my bank and no errors on their side and must be on Airbnb.

I am not getting much help or information on their side. My money is just sitting there. I cannot add PayPal as payment method as an error shows up on PayPal's app.
