Cancelled accommodation

After booking an accommodation at Vredehoek via the airbnb the lady cancelled us saying her family from Europe is coming to visit and i do think this has a lot to do with skin colour more than anything. I am really not happy at how this was handled. reservation code #HMSB5C3JF
